Caribbean Food Delights Oxtail Seasoning is the perfect blend of spices to make Jamaican style oxtail stew.
Rub 13g (approximately one heaping tablespoon) of Oxtail Seasoning onto one pound of cut oxtails. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, fresh thyme, onions and one whole scotch bonnet pepper. Slow cook covered for 3 hours or pressure cook for 30 minutes. Add cooked butter beans the last minutes of stewing.
