Cancellation Policy. If your order was not shipped, you may be able to cancel your order, but there is no guarantee. There may be a charge for dry ice if it was already purchased and cannot be used for another order. To submit a cancellation request, fill out the Online Order Cancellation Request form below. If you do not receive confirmation that your order has been canceled within 1 business day, please call us immediately during our business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST) to follow up on your cancellation request at 845-398-3000. We process and ship most of the orders on Mondays and Tuesdays.
